| GM40 Club shall be established in order to promote Baška Grapa and its natural beauty as relating to outdoor activities in untouched nature, tourism and mountaineering. |

| The seat of the GM40 club shall be at the Petrovo Brdo mountain hut. |

| The GM4O club shall be part of the Podbrdo tourist association, as an independent section with independent leadership. |
| IV |
The GM40 club shall comprise 2 categories of members, namely:

| The route of the four municipality mountain marathon shall run along the usual, pre-established route. |
| VI |
| The marathon has to be completed without any aids or the help of third parties. The use of hiking poles is allowed. Participants may also bring along food, drinks, spare clothing and shoes. The use of mobile phones and the company of third parties along the way is also allowed. |
| VII |
| There shall be no checkpoints along the route. Each participant keeps track of his own time, the competition is based on honesty and the mountaineering code of ethics. |
| VIII |
| The information required for the membership logbook shall be noted into a special form by the participant. The form shall be made available at the Petrovo Brdo mountain hut. This information will later be recorded into the membership logbook. |
| IX |
| Members of the club shall meet at the Petrovo Brdo mountain hut in December, where they shall receive a special souvenir plaque. |
| X |
| Participants shall complete the marathon and sign into the membership logbook on their own will and at their own risk. |
| XI |
| Membership shall be valid as of July 2006. |
