5. COMPETITION CATEGORIES:
The category evaluation is addressed to gender (men and women are seperated) and age.

6. ROUTE WITH REFRESHMENT STATIONS AND START TIME:
The event will be divided into four different categories by runners age: category Z4, M4 10.00 AM, category Z3,M3 10.30 AM, category Z2,M2 10.50 AM, category Z1,M1 11.05 AM. Z stands for women and M for men.
The course of first category (for Z1 and M1) has a total elevation gain of only 35 meters, spread over the entire route length of 0,45 km. The second course (for categories waves Z2 and M2 ) has a total elevation gain of 65 m and is 1,18 km long. The last and the longest course has a total of 1,65 km in length and a elevation gain of 135 m (see track profile).
At the refreshment point will be available water (there will also be water refilling equipment), juice (Cedevita), Isostar energy drink and light food. At the finish line there will be another refreshment station with beverages, fruit cups and warm meals.

7. THE REGISTRATION FOR THE RACE:
- Registration is possible through the official website untill by the closing date on 10 June, 2019.
- Runners can also sign up at the event in Podbrdo between 8.30 AM and 9.45 AM.
- The registration on the day of race is 5 €.
8. ORGANISER WILL PROVIDE:
- Practical gift.
- Warm meal and a drink after the race.
9. AWARDS AND PRIZE:
The awards ceremony will take place once the race is finished at 11.30 AM in Podbrdo, with award categories for the top three male and female places.
